Scoring and Awards

In both high school and elementary divisions, ribbons will be awarded to the top five winners in each category,. In addition, Olympic medals will go to the highest scorer, regardless of grade, in each academic category, to members of the winning Certamen teams, to the Best of Show in Graphic Arts, in Latin and English Oratory, in High School Latin Sight Reading, in Modern Myth and in Costume.

Sweepstakes points will be awarded for the top five places in any contest. The high school student and the elementary student who receive the most overall points in the Olympics, will each receive a trophy.
